Arthur Gets Curry (In A Hurry)

  Chapter 1

As Arthur’s old station wagon rolled down the highway, he admitted that he was getting awful tired of driving. Granted, he had only been driving for a few hours, but he had gotten a late start on his trip and was now feeling lethargic and needed to rest for a bit. His growling stomach helped confirm this, as he kept an eye out for approaching exit signs to help him find a restaurant nearby.

As he looked around for the sign, he knew that he was driving in the middle of nowhere and he knew he wouldn’t have many options for food in these parts. But, as luck would have it, he came upon a small town, which gave him a welcomed break from the dark highways and feeling of nothingness that surrounded him and the highway.

Empty, just like my love life lately, he acknowledged in self-deprecation as he saw a sign for an exit a half-mile in the distance.

Arthur slowed his station wagon down as he prepared to exit, coming to the exit ramp less than thirty seconds later as his indicator blinked and his station wagon slowed down gradually as it exited the highway. He saw a sign for hotels and restaurants and arrows pointing which direction to go. Coming to a stop, he turned right, going down the deserted road as his car approached the restaurant that had been advertised on the blue sign half a mile later.

As he got closer, he saw that it was a fast food type place that he had never heard of, but was sure it might have been a regional fast food place, or even just a mom-and-pop Indian restaurant. Squinting through his circular glasses at the sign, he read the illuminated sign of ‘Curry Now’ and decided that it should work for him for dinner.

Finding a spot in the lot, Arthur put his car into park as he turned the key towards him, shutting the car down as he turned his headlights off. As Arthur opened the door and locked it behind himself, it quietly shut as he walked towards the front entrance of the restaurant. Looking around, Arthur noticed that there weren’t many people in the restaurant, which was fine by him. He had checked the reviews on his phone and had seen that the restaurant had gotten 3.5/5 stars overall, which to him, was good enough. As he opened the front door and entered the restaurant, he glanced at the large menu above the cash registers, trying to decide which combo meal he wanted. He was in the mood for something basic, just something to hold him over and not leave him feeling bloated, so that he could continue his trip in peace afterwards.

“Hi sir, how can I help you?” a voice asked as Arthur looked at the woman from behind the counter as she beamed a smile at him.

Arthur paused as he was temporarily put in a dreamy state as he looked at the fast food employee. She looked to be in her early 40’s, with a curvy tanned body, round breasts, and a nice full succulent ass to complement it. Arthur’s chest began to heave slightly as he felt tingling course through his body as he looked at her and looked into her exotic and slightly impish Indian brown eyes.

  “I, umm,” he mumbled lamely.

“If you need more time, just let me know, honey,” she said in a smooth tone as Arthur struggled to speak.

“Yes, please, a minute is good,” Arthur replied as he was lost in a trance to her and her curvy motherly body.

“Okay then, honey, take your time,” she replied as she turned around, assembling an order for another customer as she gave him additional time to peruse the menu.

As Arthur looked straight ahead, not focusing on the menu, he looked at her tight jeans, which fit well over her round ass. She had on a company hat, a polo shirt, which was tucked into her jeans, and a belt to complete the outfit. Arthur couldn’t explain it, but he felt entranced by her, and he continued to stare at her backside for a few more seconds, right before she turned back around to face him as her large breasts bulged out from underneath her company polo shirt.

“You ready to order now?” she asked with a playful grin.

Arthur had no idea what had gotten into him, but for some reason he couldn’t snap out of his trance that this unknown fast food employee had put on him.

“I think I’d like some curry,” he said in a monotone, causing the woman to laugh.

“Well, we got plenty of that here. Can you be more specific?”

Stopping short of slapping himself on the forehead, Arthur snapped out of it and grinned a self-deprecating grin as he shook his head and focused once again.

“Sorry, I meant to say that I’d like the #2 curry combo with a pepsi to drink. For here,” he added as she grinned back at him.

“Ha, I see you like things hot, don’t you?” she asked as her grin grew wider.

“Umm, do you mean the curry?” Arthur replied, unsure if she was being serious or if she was now flirting with him.

Instead of responding, she just stared at him with the same grin on her face.

“I didn’t mean anything by it, honey,” she said as she continued to grin a wide smirk at him.

“Or did I?” she said as she gave him another wink and turned around to make his order, as he looked down and saw that she had already placed the plastic fountain drink cup on the counter in front of him. Picking it up, he walked over to the fountain machine and dropped ice in, right before he began to pour in the dark soda. Topping the cup off, he put a lid on it and put a straw through the lid and returned to the counter, seeing his prepared food as the woman stood right next to it, grinning at him as she saw him lift the tray off of the countertop.

“Honey, you still need to pay,” she said as she smirked, her brown eyes staring into his eyes as Arthur let out a nervous laugh.

“I apologize, I thought I already did. Don’t worry, I wasn’t trying to get the meal for free or to be dishonest,” Arthur explained in his somewhat white-bread voice.

“That’s good, since you don’t want to get on my bad side,” she replied as she gave him a quick wink, her cute motherly Indian features causing him to get slightly short on breath.

Pulling out his wallet, Arthur handed his credit card to the woman as she quickly inserted the chip, processing the payment as Arthur looked nervously across the counter at her. After seeing the slip begin to spew out of the machine, Arthur breathed a slight sigh of relief as he smiled at the woman.

“Thank goodness, sometimes that chip has trouble being inserted just right,” Arthur explained as she looked back at him.

“Don’t worry sir, I can be good at getting things inserted just right,” she said as her playful grin returned, even wider this time. “Sometimes you just have to angle it right so that it slides in deep.”

Arthur felt his legs begin to tingle as he grew increasingly curious if she was just one to make ribald jokes, or if she was actually flirting with him.

She looks to be twice your age; She probably just figures that since you’re a teenager, she can joke with you on your level. Don’t think too much into it, just smile and laugh.

...At least she’s not being rude or disgruntled, Arthur added as he let a smile break across his face as he smiled back at her.

“Well, here is your credit card, Arthur,” she said as she let out a small smirk and laughed lightly.

“Umm, thanks, Vaishnavi,” he said as he took his credit card from her outstretched hand as he glanced at her nametag.

  Oh boy. Focus, Arthur, focus.

“Just remember sir, whenever you eat out with that card, you need someone who knows how to get it inserted just right. Insert it deep so that it works right. Just jam it in there and leave it in, then both you
and her will be happy. Or should I say, whoever is working,” she said with a sultry grin as Arthur began to sweat mildly with giddy nervousness.

“Enjoy your meal, honey,” Vaishnavi said with a wink as Arthur picked up his tray, taking a couple steps back as he turned to walk to a nearby available two-person booth.

“I will, thank you,” he replied as he continued to walk away from her and towards the booth, trying to get his heart rate back under control.

As Arthur sat down, he focused on recapturing his heavy breathing, soon thereafter allowing himself to focus on his food, instead of Vaishnavi and all of her innuendo and the trance she had put him in. Arthur took one bite of the curry, allowing the hot and somewhat spicy curry to run over his taste buds, as he allowed more of his attention to turn to his meal, instead of Vaishnavi. As Arthur continued to eat, he looked down at the side of food that he had been given with his meal, and soon realized that it was incorrect.

Damn it, this was supposed to be naan, he observed as he stood up, bringing the side item back to the counter as he stood patiently near the cash register.

Moments later Vaishnavi returned, giving him her grinning look as she approached the cash register to assist him.

“What seems to be the problem, honey?”

“Umm, yes, I uhh, didn’t get naan as my side item, like I should have.”

“I do apologize for that, sir. Sit down and I’ll bring it out to you. You can keep that side of food since I made a mistake. Just sit down and I’ll be out shortly with it.”

Arthur nodded and left the counter area, returning to his booth as he waited for her to bring him his food. As he sat, he saw the door to the kitchen open a minute later as she came out, holding a double serving of naan in her hand as she laid it out on his table.

“Sorry again for the inconvenience,” she purred softly as she stared at him.

Arthur waved it off as he smiled at her. “Don’t worry, I’m not upset. But, umm, I ordered the umm, regular size, and this seems to be bigger than that. I, only say this since I wanted to be an honest customer and don’t want you to get in trouble or anything.”

As she looked at him, her brown eyes seemed to sparkle as she smiled wider at him.

“Funny, usually it’s the woman who is surprised when it is bigger,” she whispered as Arthur felt the tingling return to his body as he looked out at her round chest and round hips and welcoming aunty face.

“But, don’t you worry sweetie, I won’t get in trouble for giving you an extra serving,” she replied as she put her soft tanned hand on his scrawny shoulder, resting it there for a few seconds as Arthur struggled not to pitch a tent in his pants.

“But if you think I’ve been bad, you can always spank me,” she whispered as she soon stood up straight and left Arthur alone as he ate his meal.

“Okay then, I thank you for your assistance,” he replied in a white-bread tone of voice as he saw her turn around as she grabbed a wet hand towel from a nearby bucket and began to clean the booth directly across from him.

Arthur looked at her through his peripheral vision, watching her as she cleaned the booth, starting with the booth’s table top, as she proceeded to clean the seats. He saw her bending over so that her round ass was pointing up at him as she cleaned the seat. Arthur turned his vision down towards his food, although he was tempted to keep staring at her ass as the cleaning continued. Arthur looked back again and saw her cleaning the other side of the table with her big ass still in the air, although now it was at a different angle. As Arthur looked again at his food and continued to eat, he watched her as she disappeared from the booth and back into the kitchen, now out of sight as he focused solely on eating and what remained on his plate.

Minutes later he had eaten most of his meal, when the door to the kitchen opened and Vaishnavi returned, stopping as she stood next to his table as she beamed a smile down at him.

“Hi Arthur, I can help you with getting those dirty dishes out of the way,” she softly said as she leaned across the booth, reaching across Arthur as she picked up his dirty dishes as she leaned into him.

At that moment, Arthur felt her big breast brush against his face, feeling it as she left it there for a few seconds, right before she pulled back and held his empty dishes in her hands.

“Pardon me, I didn’t realize I touched you,” she said in a faux innocent voice as she looked at Arthur with a wide smirk.

“No worries, it happens,” he replied, his heart rapidly beating in his chest as she continued to grin at him.

“Well, thanks again for stopping in, I hope you have a wonderful night, Arthur.”

“Thanks, you too,” he replied as he watched her disappear behind the kitchen door.

As Arthur stood up, he turned and walked towards the front door, exiting into the night as he unlocked his car and got into the driver’s seat. As he prepared to leave and continue on his trip with a stomach full of good Indian food, he realized that it seemed as though there had been way too much sexual innuendo between them for it all to be random and to not mean anything.

Admitting to himself that he would never forgive himself if he didn’t go back in and at least try to get her number for the next time he was in this bumpkin town, he’d always live with regret from what might have been.

Well Arthur, time to at least try, he said as he got out of his car and headed back towards the entrance to the restaurant.

  Chapter 2

Arthur paused and opened the front door, knowing that he had a job to do and didn’t care if he succeeded or failed.

Well, that’s a lie, I want it to be successful, he affirmed in his mind.

As Arthur stood in front of the counter, his heart began to thump as he waited, although this time, a different woman came to greet him. She was a curvy Indian woman also in her early 40s with big breasts and a round ass and her name tag said ‘Zoya’. She was dressed slightly differently from the other employees, and Arthur assumed she was a manager.

  “Hi, can I help you?”

“Umm, yes, you can. I, umm, was curious if Vaishnavi was here.”

“Yeah, she is. Why, what’s up?”

“Umm, I just wanted to compliment her on providing great customer service when I dined in here not too long ago,” Arthur explained, hoping Vaishnavi would walk up to the counter, although he wasn’t seeing her.

“Alright then, I’ll let her know. Anything else?” she asked, her face in a neutral expression.

“Well, I, umm,” but as Arthur stood there, he was at a loss of words and just looked down at the countertop.

“Awww, what the hey, I’ll let you tell her yourself,” Zoya said with a grin as she turned around and shouted for Vaishnavi.

“Hello, Vaishnavi, come up here! A customer wants to talk to you!”

Moments later Vaishnavi reappeared, walking up to the side of her boss as she grinned at Arthur.

“Oh yeah, I remember this one. What’s up, honey?” she asked as her boss stood right next to her as they both grinned at him.

Damn it, why won’t her boss leave? Arthur wondered as he fumbled around nervously.

“I, umm, just wanted to thank you for the good customer service you provided earlier,” Arthur lamely stated, knowing that he wasn’t saying what he truly wanted to say.

“No problem, honey. Anything else?” she replied as Arthur felt two sets of brown eyes on him as he stood there nervously.

“Yes, well, umm. No, I mean, yes. But, if you’re busy, then, no.”

“Sorry Arthur, I’m not quite understanding you.”

“Neither am I,” Zoya chipped in.

“It’s just that, I. Well, you. I mean, you and I. No wait, if we. Well, umm,” Arthur stammered, seeing himself going down in flames as the seconds ticked by and he butchered his sentences worse and worse.

“Wait, wait, wait, I think I can help him out,” Zoya said as she looked at both Arthur and Vaishnavi with a wide smile on her face.

  “It seems like he wants
to admit he has feelings for you, Vaishnavi, but he’s too shy to do so. Am I right?” she asked as she looked directly at Arthur as his face turned beet red and he nodded in agreement.

Upon doing this, both women burst out laughing together, slapping each other on the shoulder as Arthur stood across from them, feeling vulnerable, and as the seconds ticked by more like a schmuck for even coming back inside the damn store.

Damn it, I knew I should have just left this place and never came back, Arthur confessed, feeling dejected and embarrassed.

“Well, thanks for your time anyways,” he said lamely as he turned around, beginning to walk towards the main doors of the restaurant and away from the giggling Indian women.

“Hey, wait! Where are you going?” Vaishnavi asked as Arthur paused and turned back around to face the women standing at the counter.
